Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped domestically. Thank you for your support.

1. PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

  • Processing: Please allow 2–4 business days for our team to package and prepare your order for shipment.

  • Standard Shipping: Once processed, domestic transit typically takes 3–7 business days to arrive at your doorstep.

Please note: We do not process or ship orders over weekends or major holidays.

2. RATES & TRACKING

  • Shipping Rates: Delivery fees are calculated in real-time and displayed at checkout based on your order weight and location.

  • Tracking Your Order: As soon as your order ships, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update.

3. ISSUES, LOST PACKAGES & CHANGES

  • Address Changes: Double-check your shipping details before finalizing payment. We cannot update shipping addresses once an order has been processed.

  • Lost or Missing Packages: Rich Kids Republic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking says delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the courier directly to open a claim.

4. PRE-ORDER

  • SHIPPING TIME: Preorder items require a processing and production window of 15 to 60 days (approx. 2 to 8 weeks) before dispatch. Estimated shipping dates are provided on the product page at the time of purchase.

  • PAYMENT: Full payment is collected at checkout to secure your item and reserve your place in the production run.

  • ORDER UPDATES: We will keep you informed on the progress of your preorder via email updates at key milestones, as well as general production updates posted on our official social media channels.

  • CANCELLATIONS: Preorder cancellations and full refunds are only permitted within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, all preorder sales are final as production and inventory allocations begin immediately.

  • COMBINED ORDERS: If your order contains both in-stock items and preorder items, in-stock items will ship immediately. Your preorder item(s) will be shipped separately in a secondary package as soon as they become available at no extra hassle to you.

  • DELAYS: While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, unforeseen production or logistics delays can occur. In the event of a significant delay, you will be notified directly via email with revised shipping expectations and options.
